The preparatory meeting for the revision of QC/T 1075-2017 standard was successfully held.

2023 On the morning of August 18, a preparatory meeting for the revision of QC/T 1075-2017 “Technical Specifications for Metal Honeycomb Substrates Used in Exhaust Catalytic Converters,” hosted by the Engine Subtechnical Committee of the Automotive Standardization Technical Committee and organized by the Mobile Source Pollution Emission Control Technology Engineering Laboratory, China Automotive Research & Technology Center (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., and Yida Tiandi Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., was successfully held in Nanjing. Representatives from numerous organizations attended the meeting, including Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd., Chery Automobile Co., Ltd., Geely Powertrain Research Institute, Tianjin Sok Auto Testing Co., Ltd., and Harbin Aire Emission Control Technology Co., Ltd.
Yang Liling from the Engine Sub-Technical Committee of the Automotive Standards Committee, Li Zhenguo from the Mobile Source Engineering Laboratory, and Qin Jianwu, Executive Director of Yida Tiandi, each delivered remarks. The meeting discussed the specific contents of this revision, an overview of domestic and international electric heating standards as well as alternative standards, the scope of application of the standards, the progress of project initiation, the budget for testing expenses, issues encountered during the standard revision process, and plans for the next steps.
After the meeting, Qin Jianwu from Yida Tiandi accompanied the experts and leaders on a tour of Yida’s sample exhibition room, technology center, and production workshop, during which he provided an overview of the company’s product technology development, production quality control, and manufacturing processes.
To further refine the standard, the preparatory group for the next phase will, based on the comments and suggestions from the participating experts, further clarify and detail aspects such as indicator evaluation, testing methods, and equipment. Together with all relevant organizations, we will jointly promote the revision of the standard and the development of the industry.
