According to the “Notice from the Office of the Intellectual Property Administration on Carrying Out the Identification of Patent-Intensive Products,” (Document No. Guozhiban Han Yunzi [2023] No. 584), after undergoing procedures including filing, review, and verification, a total of 2,384 patent-intensive products have been identified and are hereby publicized. The publicity period is from January 11 to January 17, 2024.
During the public notice period, any organization or individual with objections to the evaluation results shall submit a written objection to the pilot platform and provide the necessary supporting documentation. If an organization submits an objection, it must affix its official seal and provide the contact person’s name, telephone number, and email address. Individuals filing an objection shall sign their real name and provide identity verification documents, a valid telephone number, and an email address.
